SIZING ISSUES/ FAULTY GARMENT

If a product doesn’t fit you or is not right for any reason please contact us on the email below with your order number. All hire must be posted back within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a credit note once the dress is returned to us in its original condition. The term “unworn” will be determined by Bloome Dress Hire and must be fulfilled prior to a credit being issued.

For Faulty garments we recommend you inspect your dress as soon as you receive it. You must notify us and send through photos of any damage within 4 hours of delivery of the garment, you may be responsible for the damage if we are not notified within this time period or sent photo evidence of the damage. We highly recommend posting at a post office where the parcel is scanned. If the dress arrives back to us late and you are unable to provide proof it was posted within the 24 hours of delivery then you will not be entitled to a refund/credit note.
